Broker Owner Chad Van Horn along with his wife and co-owner Jenny, founded their boutique brokerage in 2005. Josi Bowdish - Global Real Estate Advisor

A passion for beautiful lifestyles and nurtured relationships are what makes Josi’s heart beat. From a young age she was inspired to carry forward the next generation of the family real estate brokerage. When she is not assisting clients, she plays a very active role in managing the brokerage. Josi is driven by making the most grand property dreams come to fruition for every client she meets. Josi is discreet in in her dealings representing a vast array of clients - from your next door neighbor, to celebrities, to top level corporate executives. As a result of her diligent efforts in her career since earning her license in 2010, she has gained recognition as a top 100 agent and has the privilege of calling herself a graduate of the highly acclaimed Ascend program. Josi enjoys the finer things in life such as getting pampered, acclimating her palate to fine wine and taking advantage of all that the Michigan great outdoors and Lake Michigan have to offer with her husband Tyler and their Australian Shepherd, Rory. Jade Van Horn - Administrator

Having grown up in the family real estate brokerage, it was only natural that Jade chose to pursue a career in real estate. She possesses an active real estate license, but she plays her key role in the brokerage as Administrator. Jade has an inviting personality and brings with her great enthusiasm for what she does, and has an unparalleled organizational skill set. Her specific interest and taste lead her to stately and exclusive farm and ranch properties. Jade is most at peace when she is outdoors, and has trouble sitting still when the sun is shining. When she leaves the office for the day, you can expect to find Jade taking advantage of the beautiful day with her two Labradors. Her smile is at it’s most radiant when she’s on or near the water, or spending time on the ranch.
